The name
Why Orthos
In Greek, orthos means straight, correct, upright. In real estate photography, that's the difference between a listing that looks expensive and one that looks rushed.
Leaning walls, blown-out windows and fake skies make a great home look cheap. Orthos Visual is built on the opposite: level verticals, true color, light that holds the view, and the same signature look on every shoot, so agents know what they're getting before I arrive.
The lens is Las Vegas luxury real estate: Summerlin hillsides, Henderson moderns and Boulder City views. The drone work goes further, with mapping and inspection imagery when a project needs it. That's the "and beyond."
Credentials
Licensed, insured and careful in the air.
I'm an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Las Vegas sits under controlled airspace around Harry Reid International, North Las Vegas and Henderson Executive airports, so every flight there gets LAANC authorization first, along with NOTAM and weather checks. I fly within visual line of sight, and every FPV flight has a visual observer.
Insured with $1M drone liability. Certificates of insurance are available to any brokerage on request.
